SullivanHayes leases to Chicopee Savings Bank and Dunkin' Donuts
Brian Knowles of SullivanHayes Companies in Farmington, Conn. represented AVR Realty in securing a 10-year ground lease for a 4,000 s/f free standing Chicopee Savings Bank at Big Y Shopping Center on Rte. 33. Co-tenant in the shopping center is Big Y.
In another transaction, Tony Valenti of SullivanHayes Companies brokered a lease for Dunkin' Donuts in the food court of the State House Square office tower in Hartford, Conn. The new location opened in May. Shawn McMahon, senior vice president with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., represented the landlord.
