Shake Shack opens at The Landing at Hyannis

Hyannis, MA The Landing at Hyannis has welcomed Shake Shack to the open air shopping center on July 30th.

“There is something for everyone to enjoy at Shake Shack’s new location at The Landing at Hyannis,” said Lindsay Desmettre, senior director of leasing at WS Development. “Whether guests are looking for an on-the-go bite before hopping on the ferry to an island retreat, or a relaxed family meal, Shake Shack is the perfect dining destination for locals and visitors alike.”

Shake Shack’s arrival at The Landing at Hyannis is followed by other anticipated openings and previously announced brands including, Warby Parker, Whole Foods Market, Skin MD and J.Crew Factory, which are now open, and Nordstrom Rack, the sister brand to the luxury retailer, Nordstrom, Inc., opening in fall 2025.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
