Shames joins team at Jack Conway Commercial

Norwell, MA Longtime Bay State attorney, real estate investor, and business owner Craig Shames has joined the team at Jack Conway Commercial. Shames will specialize in serving the sales, leasing and development needs of Boston’s burgeoning Seaport area, as well as the communities of Newton, Wellesley, Weston and Wayland.

A former assistant district attorney and assistant attorney general for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Shames is leaving the legal field to work for Conway Commercial Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University, and a Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law. He is also an MBA candidate at Northeastern University.

A Boston resident, Shames serves as chairman of the board of his South End condo association and as a managing member of Seekaytee LLC Real Estate Investment Trust. He has founded and led two realty groups and a law office, and is the former chief legal counsel for Gentle Dental of New England

“We are very excited to have Craig join our team,” said Conway Commercial VP Jay Chaisson. “He has extensive experience as a real estate developer and attorney in the City of Boston and that background, knowledge and sphere of influence will serve him and his clients very well.”
