Shea Commercial closes $1.8 million sale

One of the last remaining large parcels on Rte. 28, has been sold for $1.8 million. F&B Salem Realty, LLC has purchased the property located at 93 So. Broadway and will develop a new car dealership on the site. Plans are for a 22,000 s/f building containing showroom, service area, administrative offices and new vehicles display. The sale transaction was handled for the F&B Salem Realty, LLC by Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties, Inc., and William Lures of Tamposi-Nash Real Estate Group.
