Shea Commercial Properties completes $1.4 million sale at 59 Stiles Road

Shea Commercial Properties has sold a professional/business office building in the Salem Professional Park for $1.4 million. The 15,560 s/f building is located at 59 Stiles Rd. and is 100% leased. Richard and Kathleen Alimenti have purchased the property, which contains twelve professional office suites and intend to hold it as a long-term investment piece for their portfolio. Originally built in 1986, the property can be expanded by up to 10,000 s/f. Soaring Free Realty, LLC, the seller, was represented by Robert Uttley and Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties.
