Shea Commercial Properties sells 7 acre development site for $625,000

Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties sold a 7 acre development site at 22 Roulston Rd. to Medicus Healthcare Solutions. On the site will be constructed a 30,000 s/f professional office building that will serve as Medicus' corporate offices. Berard Martel Architecture designed the new headquarters building. Karl Dubay & Assoc provided engineering services and obtaining planning board approvals. According to the registry of Deeds, the sale price was $625,000. Shea represented the seller, Stephen Lindholm and assisted the buyer.
