Salem Color Nails has leased 1,500 s/f of space at Castleridge Plaza. Owned and operated by Henry Tan, Salem Color Nails specializes in natural nail enhancements, manicures and pedicures.Castleridge Plaza is located on Rte. 28, 166 North Broadway.
The leasing transaction was handled for Castleridge Realty Trust and Salem Color Nails by Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties, Inc.

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
