Crown Relocations, a subsidiary of Crown Worldwide has leased 4,300 s/f of office space at 834 Federal Rd. Brett Sherman, CCIM of Angel Commercial represented the tenant and Goodfellow Ashmore represented the landlord.
Crown was located in Westport, for the past three years before the move. "We wanted to be closer to where our employees live," said Carmella Elletson, the regional director of Crown.
