Sherman of Angel Comm'l. leases 9,415 s/f to Herbert J. Sims & Co.
According to Brett Sherman, CCIM, senior vice president of Angel Commercial LLC, a Fairfield-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, Herbert J. Sims & Company, Inc. has signed a long term lease for 9,415 s/f of space at 2150 Post Rd. Herbert J. Sims & Co., Inc., a 70-year-old investment banking firm and fixed income financial services brokerage with eight locations nationwide, will be moving its headquarters in September.
Davis Marcus Partners manages the 46,424 s/f multi-tenanted building. Herbert J. Sims & Co. will join other tenants, including the Bank of Fairfield and EMC, in the building.
