Sherman of Angel Commercial brokers $791,500 sale of bldg. and parking lot
Danbury, CT Angel Commercial, LLC has completed the sale of One Moss Ave. and 147 White St., for $791,500. The seller was Danbury 10 Associates, LLC.
The purchase included One Moss Ave., a three-story 3,634 s/f office building, and 147 White St., a .41-acre paved parking lot. The properties are located across the street from the Danbury Superior Court, next to Western Connecticut State University. Brett Sherman, CCIM, was the sole broker.
