Brett Sherman, CCIM, senior vice president of Angel Commercial LLC, a Southport-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, completed the lease of 22,457 s/f of office space at 350 Fairfield Ave., to Koskoff, Koskoff & Beider, PC. Koskoff, Koskoff & Beider is a nationally recognized Connecticut based law firm serving the public for more than 75 years. The firm has offices in Bridgeport, Danbury and New Haven and specializes in representing individuals, groups and businesses who have been injured by negligence, harmed by medical malpractice or have suffered serious personal injuries or losses.
