Brett Sherman, CCIM, senior vice president of Angel Commercial LLC, negotiated a long term lease of 5,500 s/f of class A office space at 440 Wheelers Farm Rd. to T3 Group, previously based in Shelton.
"The location was very important for T3 Group. They wanted to be in Milford, near existing employees to help reduce their commute times. Being close to both I-95 and the Merritt Parkway will also help attract future employees as they continue to grow," said Sherman, who represented the tenant in this lease negotiation.
