Boston, MA Jennifer Siciliano AICP, Samuel Forgue PE, and Pranjali Rai have joined Harriman, a multi-disciplinary design and engineering firm with offices in Portland and Auburn, Maine, Portsmouth, N.H., and Boston. Siciliano joins as senior urban planner, Forgue as civil engineer, and Rai as urban designer.

Siciliano’s strong background in community and regional planning and her expertise in writing zoning ordinances and bylaws will be advantageous to her role as senior urban planner at Harriman. She is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners, serves as commissioner on the Historic District Commission for the city of Warwick, serves on the R.I. State Planning Council’s Technical Committee, and is a member of the American Planning Association. Siciliano received a Master of Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Art in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of Connecticut.

Samuel Forgue, Harriman

Forgue joins Harriman as a civil engineer in a design and project management role responsible for business development and outreach in the New England area. To this role, Forgue brings a strong background in solid waste engineering, including stormwater management, site development and grading, leachate conveyance and removal systems, landfill gas management systems, and pump station design. Forgue  earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College, and has professional engineering licenses in Massachusetts and New York. He is a Developing Leaders member of the Mass. chapter of the National Association of Industrial Offices and Properties (NAIOP).

Pranjali Rai, Harriman

In the role of urban designer at Harriman, Rai will contribute to the urban design of communities, mixed-use development projects, and college and university campuses as part of a multi-disciplinary team of urban designers, architects, landscape architects, and planners. A registered architect in India, Rai has worked in India, France, and the U.S. on projects involving redevelopment, urban design analysis, and planning research. Rai earned a Master of Community Planning and Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland. She received a Bachelor of Architecture from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology in Bhopal, India.
