North Kingstown, RI Chelsea Siefert has been promoted to the role of Quonset Development Corp.’s (QDC) chief operating officer after four years as QDC’s director of planning and development. As COO, she will continue to serve as the liaison between QDC and its over 200 companies, developers, regulatory agencies and our partners in local, state and federal government.

“Chelsea’s top priority has always been delivering the world-class infrastructure that allows Quonset to continue driving Rhode Island’s economy forward,” said Steven  King, P.E., QDC’s managing director. “We look forward to her continued leadership as our COO here at Quonset.”
