According to CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Co. the sale of Saco Island for $5.9 million has been completed. This property consists of over 14 acres and 378,000 s/f of mill space and office space.
Tony McDonald, CCIM, SIOR and Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, both from CBRE/The Boulos Co. were the listing brokers and worked on behalf of the seller, The Cutts Island Group.
The property was sold to Saco Island LP. The new owners plan to renovate the vacant mill buildings.
Sigfridson will continue to act as leasing agent for the commercial availabilities at Saco Island.
