Sigfridson and Stevens of The Boulos Company broker $4.58 million building sale
Portland, ME Cumberland County purchased 27 Northport Dr. from Martin’s Point Health Care Inc. in a deal that closed on October 26, 2023, for $4.58 million. The county plans to renovate the 32,532 s/f interior of the three-story building and consolidate offices in 2024. Drew Sigfridson, SIOR of The Boulos Company represented the buyer, and Boulos’ Nate Stevens represented the seller.
