The Law Offices of Victoria T. Ferrara negotiated a long term lease renewal for its 2,328 s/f of office space, represented by Nick DeLuca and Mark Jacobs of Signature Group. The landlord, Davis Marcus Partners, was represented by its in-house representative David Allen.
