Sikes of O,R&L Commercial brokers 36,000 s/f $1.48m sale
Jeffrey Sikes of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the sale of a 36,000 s/f industrial building at 7 Johnson Ave. for $1.48 million.
O,R&L represented the seller, Roger L. Toffolon et al, Trustees. The buyer, Connecticut Solid Surface, LLC, represented themselves. The building was purchased for owner occupancy by Connecticut Solid Surface, a family owned custom kitchen, countertop and cabinet business that is consolidating several locations in the Plainville area.
