Simon Konover Development Corp., along with its partner, Outlook Development Group of Franklin, Wis., recently acquired a 61,900 s/f retail center located at 1566 East Sumner St., also known as Hilldale Plaza.
The partnership is planning a full renovation of the plaza to make it the signature destination in Hartford. News of the recent acquisition has generated activity and interest in the vacant space, and two new leases are in negotiation.
