Keller Williams Commercial leased 3,000 s/f of commercial space at 12 Integra Dr. David Grappone of Keller Williams Commercial represented John's Towing of Concord and Ben Nardi of Keller Williams Commercial represented the tenant Kris-Way Truck Leasing, Inc. of South Portland, Me. Kris-Way Truck Leasing, Inc. is a transportation services company offering full service leasing, contract maintenance, logistics and dedicated contract carriage and is expanding its presence in the greater Concord marketplace. The corporate office and central maintenance facility is located on 12 acres in South Portland, Me. and they maintain facilities in Auburn, Banbor, Saco, Portland and Waterville, Me.; Concord and Manchester, N.H.; as well as Schodack Landing, N.Y. From these locations Kris-Way owns and/or maintains over 2,300 vehicles.
