SIOR/CCIM host full day continuing education event
The local Connecticut chapters of SIOR and CCIM recently held a full day continuing education event at The Greater New Haven Association of Realtors. Two continuing education real estate courses were offered, breakfast and lunch was included, and the full day session was co-sponsored by Community Investment Corporation and Quinnipiac Bank and Trust.
Over 60 real estate professionals participated in the two courses offered; Connecticut Real Estate Law Updated and Revisited 2012-2014 taught by Gene Marconi, general counsel from Connecticut Association of Realtors; and Connecticut Environmental Regulations and 2013 Revisions presented by Sam Haydock from BL Companies and Bob Carr from Zuvic-Carr & Associates.
