Sitole named senior vice president at GDG

Sujit Sitole

Framingham, MA Grossman Development Group (GDG), has appointed Sujit Sitole as senior vice president. With more than 17 years focused on real estate investment and development in Boston and other markets, the company has strong momentum with key acquisitions and developments in New England and Montana. 

“Sujit is an ideal complement to our group with deep expertise in our industry,” said Jeremy Grossman, GDG principal and president. Sitole will join the firm’s investment committee along with Jeremy and Howard Grossman, the firm’s founder, and chairman. 

Sitole most recently led his own ventures with Cambridge West Partners, a commercial real estate investment company focused on the suburbs of Boston. He has also held investment and development roles with The Noannet Group, Long Wharf Capital, and the Fidelity Real Estate Group. Sitole is a Weston, Mass. resident, and graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Finance. He holds an MBA from The University of California, Berkeley. 

Since the firm’s founding in 2009, Grossman Development Group has completed more than 900,000 s/f of development and acquisition in New England, Upstate New York and the state of Montana.
