Skaff of The Kane Co. brokers 6,178 s/f lease to Trek Bicycles
Trek Bicycles Portsmouth has leased 6,178 s/f of retail space at the Lafayette Plaza, located at 775 Lafayette Rd. from Lafayette Partners of Michigan LP. Jody Skaff of The Kane Company listed and leased the space.
Trek Bicycles Portsmouth specializes in the sale and maintenance of bicycles and merchandise related to the cycling industry.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
