Thirty Maplewood, LLC has sold a 2,079 s/f commercial condominium to Deeridge Trust Company, LLC for $750,000. The newly built office suite is situated in the North End area of downtown in the recently renovated multi-use building known as 30 Maplewood.
Deeridge Trust Company is the first occupant in the building which will soon house a delicatessen, restaurant, additional office units and residential units on the second level.
Jody Skaff of The Kane Company listed and sold the property. John Rice of Tate and Foss Sotheby's International Realty procured the buyer.
