Skanska USA Commercial Development Inc. is developing a $265 million office building at Parcel L1 of Seaport Sq. in the Seaport District. Thenew 440,000 s/f, 17-story office tower is located at the southeast corner of Seaport Blvd. and Boston Wharf Rd. and will be the new home of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) which will occupy 75% of the building starting in October 2015.
William Anderson and David Martel of Cushman & Wakefield represented Skanska USA Commercial Development and Timothy Dempsey, Ogden White III and Amy DeAngelis of CBRE represented PwC.
The building, which is targeting a minimum of LEED Gold certification, was designed by KlingStubbins. The project also includes 20,000 s/f of ground floor retail being handled by WS Development.
The project offers views of Boston Harbor, along with amenities that promote an active, environmentally-friendly lifestyle, including bike racks, a gym equipped with advanced exercise machines, and locker rooms. Skanska USA Building will be handling the construction of the new building.

Skanska is also developing Watermark Seaport with Twining Properties, an apartment building with 346 residences and ground-floor retail, immediately adjacent to Skanska's new office tower. Both projects are part of the 6.35 million s/f of residential, commercial, hotel, retail and civic/cultural space planned in Seaport Sq. by MS Boston Seaport, LLC, a partnership between Morgan Stanley and Boston Global Investors.
