Skinner of The Stubblebine Co. handles 19,470 s/f lease to DHL
Westborough, MA David Skinner, senior advisor of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, arranged the lease at 9 Otis St., a 36,000 s/f industrial building on 26 acres of industrial zoned land.
The lease was for 19,470 s/f to DHL Express. The Stubblebine Co. represented the landlord, Exeter 21474 WY LLC and Ben Roopenian of JLL represented the tenant.
