Plainville, MA Prescott has completed the lease of 1 Madison St. to Mazzotta Rentals, a top equipment rental company. 

The site includes 8,874 s/f of industrial space and 2.44 acres of industrial outdoor storage. Located off I-495 and Rte. 1, this site is perfect for operations with indoor space and a large yard.

The landlord of the property is Child Construction Co. Inc., who was represented by James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company.
