Smith, Couture and Lucey join RE/MAX Town & Country as associate brokers

Three top-producing agents from Better Homes and Gardens (BHG)/The Masiello Group have joined RE/MAX Town & Country as associate brokers. The move brings $25 million in sales and a combined 42 years experience in New Hampshire real estate to RE/MAX Town & Country, and increases RE/MAX's overall market share in the region. Associate brokers Robin Smith, Norma Couture and Debbie Lucey chose the RE/MAX brand to capitalize on the network's marketing, advertising and educational opportunities to better serve their clients moving forward. Couture was the number two ranked agent at BHG/The Masiello Group. With the help of RE/MAX's network, she hopes to expand on her success. Lucey joins RE/MAX with 22 years of experience in New Hampshire real estate. Lucey, who had the opportunity to join other real estate firms, chose RE/MAX because of the tools, programs and services RE/MAX provides. "RE/MAX has a proven track record of success and brings renewed excitement to the real estate industry at a time when it has been a challenge for many," Lucey said. "RE/MAX is a brand that is widely recognized," said Smith, the number one agent at her previous office. "I'm excited to take advantage of the tools the RE/MAX brand provides to its dynamic agents in order to more effectively and efficiently serve my clients." "My goal is to continue to build our relationships with clients and customers and increase our listings and sales," Couture said. "We really wanted to work with a company that felt more like a family and added that personal touch." RE/MAX Town & Country is based in Keene, New Hampshire, where it services Cheshire, Sullivan and Hillsborough Counties, as well as Windham County in Vermont. - more - About RE/MAX of New England Since its inception in 1985, RE/MAX of New England has grown to over 220 offices and nearly 3,000 sales associates throughout Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont, providing residential and commercial real estate.
