Martin Smith of Coldwell Banker Commercial Scalzo Group, Bethel, recently completed the sale of a 14,500 s/f mixed-use building located at 1365 West St. The recently renovated 108 year old two-story wooden structure, is situated on 1.48 acres, and was the former home of CT. Architectural Millwork Inc. The property was purchased for $600,000. Coldwell Banker Commercial Scalzo Group represented the seller, 1365 Whittemore Associates LLC. The buyer, 1365 LLC, was represented by Dave Theroux of Drubner Commercial, Waterbury. The unique and highly visible building is located in proximity of the municipal and historic district of Middlebury, as well as the newly constructed Junipers Restaurant and Ridgewood at Middlebury, an award winning luxury townhouse and golf community.
