Snell and Gurall of Concord Property Management handle 59,713 s/f lease

Eggrock Modular Solutions has leased 59,713 s/f of manufacturing and warehouse space at 265 Foster St. Travis Snell and Bruce Gurall of Concord Property Management represented the building owner and Jeffrey Hamilton of CB Richard Ellis/New England represented the tenant.
