NAI Norwood Group brokered the lease of 23,600 s/f of professional office space to Dynamic Network Services, Inc. (Dyn Inc.). The new office location is within a mill building at 150 Dow St.
Perry Snow and Chris Norwood of NAI Norwood Group represented Dyn. Rick Mulvee of Tower Realty Group represented the landlord.
Dyn was named Business NH Magazine's "Best Small Company to Work For" in 2010. In 2008, the firm was awarded NHBR's Business Excellence Award in Technology. A growing company, Dyn acquired three complimentary technology firms in 2010 and has doubled their employee base over the past year. The move of their headquarters to 150 Dow St. will serve to expand Dyn's spatial needs, match their corporate positioning and culture and allow them to further grow their business and create more local jobs.
