Mike Sorrentino of Century 21 Franklin Street recently completed the sale of a 15 unit apartment building located at 19 Franklin St. The building was built in 1985 with all of the units being two bedroom one bath units. Chris and Dawn Connell were the sellers who were represented by Sorrentino. Alan Wilcox and Lynn Bertelli were the buyers and were represented by Tony Caropreso of MacCaro Realty. The property sold for $685,000.
