Randolph, MA The New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ) held their co-sponsored South of Boston Summit with the South Shore Chamber of Commerce on March 5th at the Lantana.
The South of Boston Summit is a joint project with the South Shore Chamber, this is the 3rd year with the chamber participating. The event was attended by over 250 attendees, expert speakers, high visibility sponsors and engaging panel members.
The early morning keynote speaker was Rich Beal from A.W Perry and chairman of the South Shore Economic Development Corp. He began the discussion with a overview of the South Shore region.
During the 9 a.m. panel, moderated by Jeffrey Tocchio of Drohan Tocchio & Morgan P.C., lead off with what’s happening across the South Shore towns. The panel consisted of Ellen Allen from the town of Norwell, Jennifer Constable from the town of Rockland/Hull and Robert Hedlund the existing mayor of Weymouth.
Speaking on the 10 a.m. Project Showcase panel were: Joe Gratta from Atlantic Mechanical Contractors highlighting the Weston Park Apartments complex; Jim Goldenberg from Carthartes speaking about the Plymouth Station build-out; Mike Hogan from Redbrook a Plymouth development. Along with Aldous Collins from Paragon Boardwalk highlighting with an in-depth overview about the continuing build out of this ongoing project.
