* 11.5 Industrial Dr., Mattapoisett, sold for $1.5 million on behalf of the Lesco family. Southeast Commercial was the sole broker. The building is 45,000 s/f.
* A 2,500 s/f office condo located at 57 Obery St., Plymouth, Mass., net-leased to the Cape Cod VNA, sold on behalf of Rockland Trust for $350,000.
