Sower and Weissman of BRA retained to sell 52 Westland Ave., Boston
Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) has been exclusively retained for the sale of 52 Westland Ave. in the city's Fenway/Symphony neighborhood. 52 Westland Ave. consists of 43 units in an elevator serviced five-story building.
The multifamily investment sales team of Christopher Sower and Jason Weissman of BRA will be handling the sale.
The asset benefits from its location directly across the street from Whole Foods and its adjacency to Boston Symphony Hall.
