Spaceworks Architectural provides Radio Mobile Access interior space
Radio Mobile Access continues its expansion at Ames Pond Corporate Center with turnkey solutions for construction managed by developer Leggat McCall Properties.
Initially, the project was constructed as "spec" space to allow for flexibility with prospective tenants. Spaceworks Architectural Interiors provided a 100% reusable and reconfigurable solution.
The project included a full complement of Spaceworks' interior products: reusable prefinished drywall, glass sidelights, doors, frames, and hardware, and raised access floors.
Now, with continued expansion, the model proves its worth. In this latest reconfiguration and expansion, none of the originally installed product was demolished or disposed. 100% was incorporated into the new installation, with new product incorporated for the expansion.
Spaceworks worked with team members Dacon as the general contractor and Spagnolo Gisness as the architect to complete the project.
