Sperry Van Ness and Capital Rest. Group complete Trio's lease

Sperry Van Ness and Capital Restaurant Group has completed the lease of the restaurant, lounge and banquet facilities at the Danbury Holiday Inn to Trio's of Danbury, LLC which amounts to approximately 7,680 s/f. The property is located just off Exit 8 of I-84 at 80 Newtown Rd. Thomas Hamm, national director, hospitality of Sperry Van Ness in Stamford and Steve Matsis of Capital Restaurant Group in Stamford represented both the owners, SMP Investment Group and the tenant, Trio's of Danbury, LLC. Previously known as Teddy's, the popular restaurant and bar are being completely remodeled and repositioned with a contemporary sports theme. The facility serves the local market, including nearby office parks and businesses as well as hotel guests. The restaurant will reopen in November under the Trio's name.
