Sidney Spiegel, vice president of NE Moves Mortgage, Commercial Division, arranged an $8 million loan for Front Street Holdings, L.L.C for the conversion of the Amoskeag Inn to the Clarion Manchester hotel. Financing for the project was provided by a major national bank.
This conversion involved a major renovation based on the design review requirements of the Clarion Hotel Group. In addition, the in-house restaurant has been leased to the famous Hart's Turkey Farm Restaurant.

The newly renovated property has 118 rooms with meeting facilities for up to a 100 people. The hotel is located at 21 Front St. and is only 1 mile to downtown and 7 miles to the Manchester Airport.
