Spire Investments completes purchase of 10 Beverly apartments for $2.5 million

Beverly, MA Spire Investments has completed the purchase of 24 & 29 Washington St., the properties consist of two apartment structures consisting of 10 units comprised of one and two-bedrooms, for $2.5 million. Stephen Girolamo of Horvath & Tremblay brokered the deal.

“These assets are located on one of the best streets in Beverly and have nice layouts with balconies and decks,” said Jay Goldberg, owner and president of Spire Investments.  “The properties sit one block from the ocean and beach and are located in the heart of downtown Beverly. Adding this unit mix into the portfolio will be a great asset for years to come.”
