Sprink Tech to outfit Christmas Tree Shop HQ with fire sprinkler system

Sprink Tech Company, Inc., a leading provider of sprinkler systems for educational, commercial, residential and retail clients throughout Mass., R.I. and N.H. has been selected to design and install a fire sprinkler system in the new addition being built onto Christmas Tree Shop's corporate headquarters. Seaver Construction of Woburn, Mass. is the general contractor building the addition for Christmas Tree Shop corporate offices which are located at 10 Leona Dr.  Sprink Tech has been contracted for the fire sprinkler system and will utilize their state-of-the-art software program to design the system and prefabricated pipe will be used in the installation. Sprink Tech's in-house design services, their team of 40 service professionals and the pre-fabricated pipe will ensure high quality, accuracy and rapid turnaround, in addition to a lower cost for the client overall. The work is slated to begin late Fall. "Designing and installing a system for the Christmas Tree Shop headquarters in Middleboro is a good opportunity for us.  It takes us into southeastern Mass. and Rhode Island which are areas that we'd like to further expand," noted Andrew Abysalh, Business Development Manager at Sprink Tech.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
