Stallkamp of The Boulos Company brokers $4.25m deal for Baywood Hotels

Portsmouth, NH Baywood Hotels, a leading hotel management and development company, has purchased 165 Deer St., Lot 3 for $4.25 million from Foundry Place Hotel, LLC. The Boulos Company’s Christian Stallkamp brokered the deal on behalf of the seller.

The property is situated downtown off Maplewood Ave. adjacent to the Foundry Place Garage. Baywood plans to construct a new five-story Hyatt Place hotel on the property, boasting 117 modern rooms, a 51-space parking garage, and a ground-level café. Hotel guests will have many amenities within walking distance. The proposed hotel is just one of several upcoming developments downtown, reflecting the city’s growing tourism community.
