Stang of Coastal Commercial handles sale of 305 Nash Rd.

New Bedford, MA Coastal Commercial Real Estate has completed the  sale of 305 Nash Rd.

The 128,041 s/f building sits on 4.36 acres of land in a high traffic area bordered by three streets - Nash Rd., Edison St., and Belleville Rd., with 1,000 feet of road frontage. This busy area is conveniently situated near major highways and is a short distance to the New Bedford Harbor, a top fishing port in the U.S.

The property consists of two primary buildings: A 4,000 s/f two-story detached office building, a second building with a saw-tooth roof containing 124,257 s/f, and several secondary buildings, a smokestack tower, and ample parking for 120 vehicles.

The property was sold by Edison Village and the buyer Bravo Development, LLC, plans to use the property as a self-storage facility.

Richard Stang, Esq., commercial broker with Coastal Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller and the buyer in this transaction that took place on October 21. Terms were undisclosed.
