Stang of Coastal Commercial Real Estate handles 1,500 s/f lease

New Bedford, MA Coastal Commercial Real Estate has completed the long term lease of commercial space in downtown, located at 4 & 18 S. Water St., 2nd floor to The Barre, a fitness studio.

The space consists of 1,200 s/f in the historical downtown building. Moby Dick Brewing Company & Restaurant occupy the first floor on the corner of Union and Water St. Lease terms were undisclosed.

The lessors and lessees were represented by Richard Stang, Esq. from Coastal Commercial.

Coastal Commercial is a division of The Nery Corp.n and specializes in the sales and leasing of office, retail, commercial, industrial and warehouse properties.
