Star Commercial leases 2,800 s/f to Fusion Restaurant
Deborah Foehr, owner of Star Commercial, leased 2,800 s/f at 8 Church Lane to a new Fusion Restaurant scheduled to open in early fall 2012.
In cooperation with David Adam Realty, the space has been leased for 20 years with several options.
Sky, current owner of Sweet Basil in Fairfield, will completely transform the former Manolo Restaurant into a vital nightspot and fine dining establishment.
