Starita and Halloran of Lincoln Prop. Co. broker 11,052 s/f lease

LifeCare Centers of America and a LifeCare at Home of Mass. leased 11,052 s/f at 14 Crosby Dr. LifeCare at Home is a sister entity, providing skilled nursing and hospice care. LifeCare Centers joins iRobot in a long-term commitment to Boston Properties' Bedford Business Park. The 475,000 s/f park has been upgraded into first class office and R&D space. Gian Starita and Ned Halloran of Lincoln Property Co. represented the tenants. They will be relocating from Burlington. The landlord, Boston Properties, was represented in-house by Stacey Baker.
