Stateside Construction breaks ground to re-build 25,077 s/f Lakeview Pavilion

Stateside Construction Group, town officials, including the police and fire chiefs, were joined by state officials, a bride and groom, other dignitaries, and co-owners Anastasia Tsoumbanos and Natalia Kapourelakos as they broke ground on a new, 25,077 s/f Lakeview Pavilion. The original 108-year-old function facility was destroyed by a devastating fire last April. Allevato Architects designed the new facility and Stateside Construction is the general contractor. George Khouri is the owner's project manager. The new Lakeview Pavilion will be a modern venue with cathedral ceilings, ample space for dancing, natural light from majestic floor-to-ceiling windows, and picturesque water views. Stateside Construction Group is a medium-sized commercial general contractor with offices in Andover, and project experience throughout New England.
