Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC sells 6,940 s/f building for $550,000
Manchester, NH Mike Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC, has completed the sale of the 6,940 s/f commercial building at 764 Chestnut St. from Cathy Green Trust to Thomas H. Kelley. Reed represented the seller, and Gail McCarthy represented the buyer. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $550,000.
