According to Michael Reed, president, Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. negotiated the sale of 24 Powers St. The property is 58,000 s/f of office/warehouse space on 5 acres. The seller was SBJ Realty Corp of Milford. The buyer was MJBeck2, LLC of 12 Howe Dr., Amherst. The buyer will l use the entire building to expand its blow molding business. Stebbins Commercial represented SBJ Realty Corp and assisted M. J. Beck. According to the Hillsboro County Registry of Deeds the sale price was $2.7 million.
