Integrated Builders completed a 100,000 s/f fit-out project at 9 Northeastern Blvd.
Equity Industrial Partners, a Needham, Mass.-based developer and operator of industrial real estate, hired Integrated Bldrs. for the fit-out project of the 660,000 s/f warehouse/light manufacturing facility.
Integrated Bldrs. provided fit-outs for 74,000 s/f of warehouse and 26,000 s/f of office space that will be occupied by the U.S. corporate offices of nora systems, Inc., a manufacturer of the German floor manufacturer nora rubber flooring. The work included the build out and coordination to move the contents of nora's warehouse in six days. Integrated also built out the office area with the collaboration of nora's own interior designer, using their floor products throughout the office area. The architect was The McKenna Group Ltd.
Integrated Bldrs. previously completed a 104,000 s/f build-out for Comcast at the same location. That project included fit-out of the testing room with drop ceiling, flooring, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical and fire protection.
"We're very pleased to have successfully completed this project," said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Bldrs. "We love having repeat clients like Equity Industrial. It says a great deal about the quality of our work."
