Steinmetz joins Newmark Knight Frank as associate director

Stamford, CT According to Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), Janey Steinmetz has joined the firm as an associate director. Steinmetz will focus on the development of NKF’s restaurant and retail services businesses, specializing in high street retail and luxury markets. She concentrates on developing and executing thoughtful and creative real estate solutions that align with each of her client’s unique business objectives.

Over the course of her career, Steinmetz has completed numerous transactions with high profile local, regional and national retail tenants including Starbucks, Chipotle, The UPS Store, AT&T, PJ Clarke’s, Sprint, Insomnia Cookies and solidcore. Steinmetz is well-versed in large-scale master plan development projects and represented the University of Pennsylvania in planning and leasing its 350,000 s/f retail portfolio.  Additionally, she spearheaded the leasing efforts for new construction and redevelopment projects for The Summit at Drexel University and The Curtis.
